Klas started as a web developer 1994 and has since then been working in Swedish and German tech start-ups. He has a degree in communication studies and business development.

Niklas Elgmo


More than 18 years of experience in the IT Services industry. Held the position of System Developer, IT-manager, Project Manager, Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect. He has degrees in business and project management.

Igor Isaksson

Graphic designer

Igor is a skilled designer and entrepreneur with a MBA in architecture who has worked in the crossroads between digital media, art and information design since the nineties.

Karl-Erik Lundgren

Community worker

Karl-Erik was a pioneer in community work in Sweden in the 70's, is an experienced mentor and terapeut, and the author of several books about group dynamics and self development.

Financial analyst with long experience in integrating sustainability and business ethics in the investment process, currently head of sustainability at Mannheimer Swartling, previously responsible for sustainable entrepreneurship at Swedish Finance Ministry, Emma is a partner and adviser to the project.
